By fostering meaningful connections with our clients and their families New Light Youth Mentors work with you not on you. We are a neurodiverse affirming organization that prioritizes life skills over assimilation. New Light Youth Work is an organization that believes heavily in diversity which is why our administrative team is compromised of people across the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse spectrum; we understand you because we’re just like you.
Our mission is simple: provide young people with the confidence, practical skills, and supportive relationships they need to thrive, not to fit into someone else’s mold. We champion identity, creativity, and resilience by meeting each child where they are, celebrating differences, and teaching tools that last a lifetime. New Light Youth Work fights for a future where every kid and teen can navigate challenges, claim their voice, and build joyful, independent lives.
